Sketch Saturday and Forever Friends Challenges .................

This week over at Sketch Saturday the challenge is to choose any previous sketch, so I have chosen Sketch 28. This is a new stamp that I got for Christmas from my sister and the papers are also Forever Friends from my sis, she always buys me great presents!

I also decided to decorate to my envelope to match my card. As I coloured the image in promarkers I put a piece of card inside the envelope to stop the markers bleeding through to the other side of the envelope. I am quite pleased with how this card and envelope turned out.
I am also entering this card into the Forever Friends Challenge who have an open theme this week.

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas. We had a lovely time with it being Grace's first Christmas, I think I must have took a million pictures! I just have to start working on the scrapbook pages now!

Thanks for stopping by, please leave me a comment if you have time.

Hugs Lynsey:)

Poppicrafts Competition - No Images

Poppicrafts has a no images competition running with some fantastic flowers and christmas poinsettias as the prize. This was a great challenge for me as I had an order for a Christening card for twins and no image that was remotely suitable!

I am quite pleased with how this one turned out considering I didn't use an image.

Thanks for popping in. I hope you all have a great weekend.

Dinky Dots Den Hallowen Challenge

Dinky Dots Den is a new challenge blog starting weekly challenges. Their first challenge is to make a Hallowen creation. So I decided to make a Hallowen Treat Bag which I have filled with sweets, not sure if they will actually last till Hallowen lol!

The image on my treat bag is a download from Dinky Dots Crafts and is Lulu Witch, isn't she cute! They have some fantastic downloads and stamps featuing Lulu and AJ. The treat bag was a free download from Funky Fairy Challenge Blog

I really enjoyed this challenge as it was nice to make something different to a card for a change. This first challenge is also a Design Team Call so be sure to check it out!

Thanks for stopping by, please leave me a comment if you have time.

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge ..........

This week's challenge over at Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge is a sketch by the very talented Sue. This is a lovely sketch, quite simple but with a big image it works well and I will be using this one again.

This is my newest Forever Friends bear I just love them! I have coloured him with Promarkers and I am quite pleased with the results. The shiny bit on the cake is a little bit of glitter paint to just finish it off.

Please leave me a comment if you have time I really appreciate them all.
